Breakfast was very good, room was very quiet only the parking fees are high in my opinion, among other things for Sunday. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The location right next to the station is very convenient for business trips. Leiden is not very big and you can easily explore the city on foot. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good and the WLan worked very well.
The price of a little more than 100 € for one night for a single room was a little too high. The view from the standard room is not outstanding. But apart from that there was really nothing to complain about!

We got upgraded to a massive standard triple room with a view of the station. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff were super friendly, taking excellent care of us. The hotel is really close to the old city center, made exploring easy. It's a perfect choice for families.

Enjoyed this excellent stay in the lovely town of Leiden. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a historic area, next to central station, the centre and grocery store. They offered me cereals, fruit, breads, fruit juice and cheese in the morning. Welcoming and accommodating staff, couldn't ask for more. The property was conveniently located.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with easy access to transportation options at the central station, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions and enjoying a good variety of breakfast items.

Not much.
Routeing by car is not possible to the publised address via carnavigation. Entrance at the back shaby. No snowclearence. Room not cleaned when entering. Wrong bill.

Convenient for train / bus / taxi and for city centre restaurants / shops.
Outlook from the hotel on to railway line. Breakfast only ok.

Unlike other hotels I had stayed in the past in Leiden, the room was really quiet, not to mention really comfortable.
The only drawback I noticed was perhaps the lack of a parking for hotel guests, where one could leave his car during the whole stay.
